Superintendent Radiographer

I am a superintendent radiographer working on the frontline in a district general hospital in North Devon. I was initially patient facing performing X-rays on covid patients. However my personal risk assessment came in stating I could no longer have patient contact. I had already started to take an active management role, leading my departments response to managing the day to day issues as they presented themselves. This is challenging and rewarding. Knowing I can support my colleagues through addressing their issues to ensure they are able to do their jobs, through effective support.
